Crafting Premium Quality Reproductions

“Everyone discusses my art and pretends to understand, as if it were necessary to understand, when it is simply necessary to love.”

Claude Monet

HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE

This process often involves using specialised photography equipment and techniques to ensure colour accuracy and detail.   The digital image serves as the foundation for the reproduction process, and it must be of the highest quality to faithfully replicate the artwork.

PRINTING AND COLOUR MATCHING

With the digital image in hand, the reproduction phase begins.  Skilled technicians use advanced printing techniques, such as giclée printing or fine art printing, to recreate the artwork with precision.  This stage requires careful colour calibration and the selection of archival-quality materials, such as inks substrates, to ensure the longevity and accuracy of the reproduction.

HAND FINISHED WITH IMPASTO

Our hand-finishing process uses impasto techniques to recreate a rich texture and depth of original paintings. Skilled artisans meticulously apply textured brushstrokes, enhancing each reproduction with dimension and movement. This careful layering of paint captures the essence of the artist's technique, ensuring every piece not only looks but feels like an authentic masterpiece. All of the artists work directly for Artwork Reproductions and have extensive knowledge in various styles of artwork from Old Master Paintings to Modern works.

EPITOME OF LUXURY AND CRAFTMANSHIP

Our artwork reproductions embody the epitome of luxury and craftsmanship, meticulously created for the most discerning collectors. Each piece is expertly hand-finished using traditional impasto techniques, replicating the texture, depth, and character of the original masterpiece. With an unwavering commitment to quality, our artisans apply every brushstroke with precision, ensuring a lifelike appearance that is both visually stunning and tactilely authentic. Favoured by prestigious institutions and private collectors alike, our reproductions are more than just art - they are timeless expressions of elegance and mastery.

Why people believe in us

Re-creating ‘The Ditchley Elizabeth’, painted by Marcus Gheeraerts the Younger in 1592, was no easy task - all 8’x4’ of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 1 in her elegant long dress and piled-up-high coiffure. We worried that the copy might look too like a copy, a pale imitation, a tawdry fake; but instead it exhilarates, it is special. Jason and his family were very good to do business with."

Rupert Ponsonby

Jason is a true professional and pays close attention to what is required.  Our clients have the very highest standards and it is a reflection on his work that they have never been disappointed by a reproduction, we now have them hanging in multiple homes and yachts around the world."
